Privacy Policy

PAPPR collects nothing. We store nothing. We transmit nothing. We cannot read your notes, your media, your passwords, or any data you create in this app. This is not a policy choice. It is an architectural decision.

1. Data We Collect

None.

PAPPR does not collect, store, process, transmit, share, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise handle any personal data, usage data, device data, location data, biometric data, or any other category of data about you or your device.

Specifically, PAPPR does NOT collect:

• Your name, email address, phone number, or any account information
• Your notes, documents, text, photos, videos, voice recordings, or any content
• Your passwords, passphrases, PINs, or encryption keys
• Your IP address, device identifier, advertising identifier, or hardware serial number
• Your location, GPS coordinates, or geographic information
• Your contacts, calendar, call logs, or any data from other apps
• Your browsing history, search queries, or usage patterns
• Analytics, telemetry, crash reports, performance metrics, or diagnostic data
• Biometric data (processed entirely by your device's operating system, never accessed by PAPPR)

2. Data Storage

All data created in PAPPR is stored exclusively on your device. PAPPR uses AES-256-GCM encryption with Argon2id key derivation to encrypt all data at rest. Encryption and decryption occur entirely on your device.

PAPPR has no servers. There is no cloud component. There is no backend infrastructure. There is no database operated by The SLIM Prep that contains any user data.

If you choose to export an encrypted backup file to a third-party service (such as iCloud, Google Drive, or any other storage provider), that backup is encrypted on your device before it leaves the app. The SLIM Prep has no access to, knowledge of, or control over backup files stored on third-party services.

3. Network Activity

PAPPR makes zero network requests. The app does not connect to the internet for any purpose.

The sole exception is the initial one-time download of the on-device AI model (approximately 180MB), which is retrieved from a content delivery network upon your first use of the AI decoy feature. This download transmits no personal data, no device identifiers, and no usage information. After this download, the app never connects to the internet again.

4. Third-Party Services

PAPPR does not integrate with, connect to, or share data with any third-party services, advertising networks, analytics platforms, social media platforms, or data brokers. PAPPR does not contain advertisements. PAPPR does not use cookies, tracking pixels, web beacons, or any other tracking technologies.

5. In-App Purchases

PAPPR offers an in-app purchase processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The SLIM Prep does not receive, store, or process your payment information. All payment processing is handled by Apple Inc. or Google LLC.

6. Children's Privacy

PAPPR does not collect data from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Because PAPPR collects no data whatsoever, it is compliant with COPPA, GDPR as it relates to children, and equivalent regulations in other jurisdictions.

7. Data Deletion

Because PAPPR stores no data on any server or system operated by The SLIM Prep, there is no data for us to delete. All data exists exclusively on your device and is under your sole control.

To delete your data: delete individual notes within the app, use the Duress PIN feature to wipe all encrypted content, or uninstall the app.

8. Data Breach Notification

Because The SLIM Prep does not store, process, or transmit any user data, a data breach of The SLIM Prep's systems cannot result in the exposure of your personal data or note content. There is no data to breach.

9. Law Enforcement and Legal Requests

The SLIM Prep cannot comply with requests for user data from law enforcement, courts, or any government authority because The SLIM Prep does not possess any user data. We cannot provide what we do not have.

We do not and cannot: decrypt your notes, provide copies of your notes, identify you as a user, provide usage history, or provide metadata about your notes.

10. International Data Transfers

PAPPR does not transfer data internationally or domestically because PAPPR does not transfer data at all. Your data remains on your device in the jurisdiction where your device is physically located.

11. Your Rights Under Privacy Regulations

You have the right to access, correct, delete, port, and restrict the processing of your personal data under GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, PIPEDA, LGPD, POPIA, and APP. Because The SLIM Prep does not collect or process any personal data, these rights are satisfied by default.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

If we update this privacy policy, we will post the revised version at pappr.app/privacy and update the "Last updated" date. Our core commitment — that PAPPR collects no data — is a permanent architectural decision, not a policy preference.
